AGM Neat clumps bearing masses of glowing yellow-orange flower spikes in summer to 80cm. Dark stems add to the effect. Drained but good soil in full sun for best flowers.

'Bee's Sunset' is probably my favorite Kniphofia for it's combination of tidy, compact habit and lots of flowers of a good, clear colour.

Sometimes wrongly sold/grown as 'Shining Sceptre' which was an old Alan Bloom introduction that has probably been lost.
