Please follow the instructions below to buy and send your e-Gift Vouchers.   PLEASE NOTE: Our e-Gift Vouchers are redeemable online only as we are unable to verify them on the nursery or at events. e-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Step 1: How to Buy your voucher

Choose the value of your e-gift voucher from the drop-down menu above.  Add the voucher to your basket  and proceed to checkout as normal.

If you wish to send vouchers to more than one person you will need to place a seperate order for each recipient.

After purchase, you will receive an e-mail giving you instructions on how to access your vouchers.

PLEASE NOTE: We may have to manually authorise your vouchers, which we will do as soon as we are back in the office, and within 24 hours at the latest.

Step 2: How to access your vouchers

Once your vouchers have been issued you will receive an email containing a link to access them.

Click on this link to enter details of your recipient and a personal message. Finally, click 'Submit' to send the voucher to your recipient.
